Desktop Service Suite

With a clear understanding of the impact on daily operations and on the business, Tollfree Networks has created the desktop service suite to answer the stated challenges. The services are: 

• Desktop Migration-Installation Planning Services
  
  Efficient and responsible project planning is key to any successful enterprise delivery. Projects may include, for example, company-wide PC desktop migration, large-scale installation of new software releases, and large-scale implementation of PC LAN servers. 

• Installation Services
  
  Installation services for desktop machines/laptops include the following deliverables:

  • Installation of Operating Systems 

  • Installation of Office Productivity Package such as Microsoft Office 

  • Installation of Communication tool such as Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes Client

  • Set up of Network Printers

  • Setup of User profile or migration of user profile settings from old PC to new PC

  • Connect to corporate network

  • Decommission of old PC from site after complete data destruction from old PC

Our fixed price charges for the above services are £130.00 per machine excluding VAT. The service would be delivered using offsite and onsite model. Travel charges to site will be charged additionally. However, if the project involves setting up a number of machines we can work out a special commercial offer relating to the specific project. 

Documentation is not a standard part of the delivery. However, if the client requests us to provide documentation, we are more than happy to deliver this as a part of the standard practice. Documentation service would be chargeable on an hourly basis as per the company’s standard professional service charges.
