Professionalism and integrity

From your first dealings with Tollfree Networks, every Customer is assigned a "Client Relationship Manager". We call them your CRM. Your assigned CRM has 100% accountability for every interaction you have with Tollfree Networks, from the initial sales cycle, through delivery and into support. 

Your CRM will engage with you from day 1, and take that responsibility. Along the way, you will also have a delivery manager, who is either a project manager for project-based work, or a Service Delivery Manager for support-based work. Whilst the delivery manager reports to the Client Relationship Manager, he or she also has an independent reporting route into our Programme Management capability. 

The fundamental principal of our engagement model is the level of integrity that our people have. We won't sell you something you don't need, and we won't sell you something cheaply and then get our money back on change controls.

We believe in engaging with our customers to deliver complete end-to-end solutions to address their business objectives, instead of focussing on a single facet of their IT strategy.

Our Fees Structure

At Tollfree Networks, we aware that our clients have different needs. We would be pleased to discuss the different flexible charging plans we have available. In all cases, we believe that you will find our fees to be extremely competitive and realistically priced.

In addition, the way that we work is structured to increase the savings that you can make, due to our use of highly skilled technology consultants and practitioners who have worked in various industries in excess of 10 years. 

From traditional hourly rates, to daily rates, to fixed fee arrangements, to bespoke annual services plans, we will work with you to achieve the affordability, efficiency and transparent pricing of our services to form a lasting relationship that delivers true, ongoing value. You can be confident that we will be here when you need us – today, tomorrow and years from now.


Fees Options: 

  • Hourly rate option - Services are charged at an hourly rate. Our hourly rates are highly competitive and is charged based on the experience and skill sets of our consultants and practitioners.

  • Daily rate option - Services are charged on a daily rate, for a full eight-hour day (9AM to 6PM, UK time excluding weekends and bank holidays). Daily rates can be useful for short-term engagements. For example, you can engage us in short term consultation to design and write specifications for your solution, enhancement of your existing technology such as upgrades or refresh etc. 

  • Fixed fees option - Projects/Assignments can be agreed at a fixed fee from the outset, or a combination of fixed fees and hourly rates for different stages of a project. This model works best for routine projects where the specifications are fixed, detailed, and routine in nature. The model offers a fixed timeline and a fixed set of deliverables. 

  • Time and Materials option - On a Time and Materials engagement model, billing is based purely on the number of working hours spent. This would typically be done for consultancy services such as project scoping, solution design, specification document writing or may be any other consultancy services. This model could also apply to support where no SLA is required.

  • Retainer option - The retainer model is typically used in support contracts where the customer pays a monthly fees as retainer for using our services when need arises. A fixed number of billable hours is pre booked with our team each month. This helps us plan our resources enabling us to have Service Level agreements on how quickly we respond to support issues or work requests.
